Along with all these, you can join me for continuing education workshops covering a variety of equipment, props and subject focus.

Who I am
Laureen DuBeau
With over 25 years experience teaching Pilates-based exercise, I have reached the highest level possible within the STOTT PILATES community. As a Master Instructor Trainer, I have the opportunity to teach Merrithew programming all over the world, and am involved in creating and evolving programming.
I was a dancer from a very young age, and continued on to receive a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. My studies also spanned sport and athletic training, but I searched for a way to bring these two worlds together. It wasn’t until after graduating that I stumbled upon STOTT PILATES, and instantly knew it was what I was supposed to be doing. Working directly with Merrithew co-founder Moira Merrithew, I continued my studies to become an Instructor Trainer, and later, a Master IT.
Now, I am able to help instructors and clients at every step of their journey, whether that includes learning and applying new information, improving athletic performance, or simply moving more efficiently.
I can honestly say that I love my job, and I am so lucky to be able to associate with instructors, students and clients all over the world.
